Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Thank you for your purchase at HippieCat! 

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

The processing time takes between 1-3 business days. Once processed, it takes between 2-5 business days for the package to be delivered.

How do I track my shipment?

A tracking number will be sent to the email address submitted with the order once your item ships.

If I order multiple items, will they ship at the same time?

Because the processing time takes between 1-3 business days it may be possible to get your entire order together, but we can’t guarantee it. We’ll get your entire order out as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as each item is shipped.

Order Changes

Can I change the shipping address after it has been placed?

Because orders process within 24-48 hours of being placed there is a small window to make changes. We will do our best to catch the order in the process but it is not guaranteed. If an order does go out due to customer error the customer will be responsible for any return.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order with no additional charges if you notify us before your shipment is processed.

If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We’ll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 – 12 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customer’s expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.

Refunds

All sales are final, but if you receive a defective item please contact our customer service at contact@meethippiecat.com within 3 business days from receiving the order. You will need to provide a photo of the damaged item and the order number to help move the process along faster.
